Further, the Trading Window shall reopen upon expiry of the aforesaid 48 hours after the financial results become generally available. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter ending on 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges separately in due course. During the period of closure of the Trading Window, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are prohibited from dealing in the securities of the Company, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
