The FIR was registered on a complaint made by a family member of Mr. Shivhare. It names, among others, Mr. Ved Krishna, Managing Director (Promoter) of the Company, and Mr. Amrit Khare, Legal Head of the Company, and contains allegations concerning circumstances preceding Mr. Shivhare’s death. These are allegations in the FIR and are subject to investigation. Registration of the FIR does not constitute a finding of guilt or liability against any person. The Company is ascertaining the relevant facts and will cooperate with the investigating authorities in accordance with law. Based on the information presently available, the Company is unable to quantify any financial or operational impact. The Company will make further disclosures upon any material development in the matter, as required under the applicable regulations.
