E-mail: csvishakhagrawal@gmail.com Contact No. 9424501155, 8518888114 COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 30th JUNE 2026 (Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015) We, M/s Vishakha Agrawal & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, appointed by Antarctica Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) (CIN: L46695WB1991PLC051949), we are aware of the compliance requirement of Structured Digital Database (SDD) pursuant to provisions of Regulation 3(5) and 3(6) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) and we certify that: 1. the Company has a Structured Digital Database in place. 2. control exists as to who can access the SDD. 3. all the UPSI disseminated in the previous quarter or financial year have been captured in the Database. 4. the system has captured nature of UPSI along with date and time. 5. the database has been maintained internally and an audit trail is maintained. 6. the database is non-tamperable and has the capability to maintain the records for 8 years. Due to corruption/technical malfunction of the SDD software, the Company is temporarily unable to retrieve / demonstrate complete records, which resulted in the observation of non-compliance in maintenance of Structured Digital Database. The Company is trying to rectify the the issue and is currently making entries again in order to maintain the Structured Digital Database in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 3(5) and Regulation 3(6) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. We also confirm that the Company was required to capture 3 (Three) number of events during the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and as informed by the management of the Company, has captured 3 (Three) number of the said required events. However, we could not check the complete records of the Company due to software corruption.
