We acknowledge receipt of your email dated July 1, 2025, seeking clarification regarding the financial results submitted by the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. In this regard, we wish to clarify the following: The Independent Auditor’s Report issued by Raman S. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, inadvertently missed the note relating to the balancing figure, as required under the format prescribed by SEBI in Chapter III (Financial Disclosures) of the Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. The Statutory Auditor has accordingly issued the following clarification for the financial results: “The Financial Results include the result for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, being the balancing figure between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published audited year to date figure up to the third quarter of the current financial year.” The above shall be duly incorporated in all future filings made with the stock exchanges.
