As informed by the software service provider, during the preliminary investigation, unusual file extension changes, including files with the “.unlck4u” extension, along with certain “Windows cannot find…” errors, were observed, which may indicate a ransomware-related incident. Further, as a precautionary measure, the affected server has been isolated and is being formatted and reinstalled with a clean operating system. Thereafter, the Insider Lens application will be reinstalled and configured. The latest backup of the required Insider Lens data has been taken and successfully verified, and the data will be restored following completion of the reinstallation and validation process. Accordingly, the Insider Lens application is temporarily unavailable during this period.
