In accordance with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, we hereby confirm that we have setup the freezing of PAN’s of our designated persons on the issuer portal of Designated Depository ‘CDSL’ w.e.f. Thursday, October 01, 2026 till further notice, under the “framefawork for restricting trading by Designated Persons by freezing of PAN at security level”.
