We would like to inform you that the Company has on June 25, 2026 invested the aforesaid amount in Sarvam AI by subscribing to 41,421 Series B2 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (“Series B2 CCPS”) of Sarvam AI, and these Series B2 CCPS have been allotted to the Company on June 25, 2026.
