The said date was an inadvertent clerical error. Pursuant to Regulation 161 of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”), the Relevant Date for a preferential issue is the date thirty days prior to the date on which the meeting of shareholders is held to consider the proposed preferential issue.In the case of convertible securities, including warrants, Regulation 161(b) further provides for the applicable Relevant Date in accordance with the provisions prescribed therein. Since the Annual General Meeting of the Company was scheduled to be held on 11th September 2026, the Relevant Date, being thirty days prior to the date of the shareholders' meeting, is 12th August 2026. Accordingly, the Company has revised the Relevant Date from 07th August 2026to 12th August 2026in the Corrigendum to the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. The Company confirms that the Relevant Date of 12th August 2026is in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 161 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018. Accordingly, pursuant to the revision of Relevant Date of 12th August 2026in accordance with the requirements of BSE, the shareholders of the Company may submit their queries / questions / or concerns in this regard from the date of receipt of this Corrigendum up to Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 at 11:59 P.M.The shareholders may submit their queries / questions, or concerns to the Company via email at ambassadorintra1982@gmail.com Except for the aforesaid correction, all other terms and conditions relating to the proposed preferential issue of convertible warrants, as contained in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, remain unchanged.
