FY26 was a year of resilience and purposeful investment in a dynamic and challenging global environment. Total
revenue grew by 2.7% year-over-year to ₹2,630.3 million, supported by a healthy EBITDA margin of 17.0% and
a net margin of 11.6%. This performance reflected disciplined execution, customer focus, operational efficiency
and prudent financial management. Momentum strengthened as the year progressed, and we closed with
strong sequential growth in the fourth quarter — operating revenue up approximately 8% quarter-over-quarter
— while sustaining a stable net margin of around 10%.
FY26 was also a year in which we pivoted and invested in the future — recognizing early but deep NextGen talent
and building next generation of AI enabled offerings. These investments had some impact on near-term margins,
but this was intentional. CyberTech has never been a volume-based IT services firm. Our engineering depth is in
Esri ArcGIS, SAP S/4 and BTP and complex cloud delivery. These are precisely the capabilities that matter as AI
fundamentally reshapes how enterprise technology is built, delivered and consumed. We enter our next decade
with an AI-first operating approach embedded across our delivery and products.
Financial Year 2026 Performance Overview
Against a backdrop of cautious technology spending, our top line continued to grow. Total revenue reached
₹2,630.3 million, an increase of 2.7% over ₹2,561.3 million in FY25, led by the durability of our annuity-based
managed services model and complemented by selective, high-value transformation engagements. We chose
to invest ahead of demand throughout the year but kept our balance sheet debt-free and with strong cash
position. This financial strength gives us the freedom to think and invest for the long term.
