Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations,we wish to inform you that the 28th Annual
General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM (IST)
through Physical mode at Flags Banquet, Milap Theater, Swami Vivekananda Road, Majithia Nagar,
Goraswadi, Kandivali (West) Mumbai -400067 in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”).
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1), of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we are submitting herewith the
Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the 28th AGM for the Financial Year 2025-26,
which is being sent only through electronic mode to the Members of the Company.
We would further like to inform that the Company has fixed Friday, July 10, 2026 as the cut-off date for
the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in
physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect
of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
