Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rule 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 28th AGM for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026, as per the details given below:- 1. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of Sejal Glass Limited (the Company) will remain closed from Monday, July 13, 2026 to Saturday, July 18, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th AGM of the Company. 2. The Company has fixed Friday, July 10, 2026 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote evoting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
