the Company and their immediate relatives/ dependents from Thursday ,
1 October 2026 till 2 days after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results of
the Company for the quarter and half year ending 3 0 September 202 6.
The date of the Board Meeting for considering unaudited standalone financial results for the
quarter and half year ending 30 September 202 6 will be informed in due course.
