This is to inform the Exchanges that the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”). In this regard, we wish to inform you that: 1. The cut- off date for the purpose of E-voting is August 13, 2026. 2. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 14th August 2026 to Tuesday, 19th August 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. 3. The E-Voting commences from Saturday, August 15, 2026 (9:00 am) and ends on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 (5:00 pm). 4. The Board recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.00/- (20%) per equity share having nominal value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial year ended 2026. The final Dividend if declared by the members will be paid within 30 days. The record date for the purpose of final dividend is 7th August, 2026.
