This is with reference the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of
Insider Trading (the "Code") under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations 2015, read with BSE's circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20,
dated April 2, 2019, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall
remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code, with immediate effect i.e.
October 1, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the publication of Un-audited Financial
Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
