Resignation

Shekhawati Industries Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Sushil Kumar Poddar as an Independent Director, effective June 22, 2026. Mr. Poddar cited personal considerations for his inability to continue discharging his duties effectively. Concurrently, he ceased to be Chairman of the Audit, Stakeholder Relationship, Nomination & Remuneration, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees. The company stated that the Board has reconstituted these committees following his departure.
