Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window
We wish to inform that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the
Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (“Code”),
the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated
Persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the
unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year ending September 30, 2026.
Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised to not to deal in or trade
in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
