In this context, kindly also take note of the following additional details: As per the instructions of the Debenture Holder, Rs.1,61,920.62 was effected by way of ro-rata reduction in the face value/principal amount of each of the 1,500 outstanding OCDs and Rs. 98,38,079.38 was effected by way of Interest out of Rs. 1,00,00,000/- paid.
