Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001 Dear Sir(s), Sub.: Closure of Trading Window This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons” of the Company, the trading window for purchase/sale or dealing in the securities of the Company in any manner will remain closed for all the Designated Employees of the Company and their Immediate Relatives from 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending on 30th September, 2026. The aforesaid period shall be deemed to be Trading Restriction Period in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Further pursuant to SEBI Circulars dated 19th July, 2023 and 21st April, 2025, restriction has been imposed on the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives for trading on shares of the Company by freezing their PAN at security level through NSDL (Designated Depository).
