Allotment of Securities

Suven Life Sciences Limited has allotted 2,71,970 equity shares under its SLSL ESOP 2020 Scheme to eligible employees. The shares were issued at an exercise price of Rs. 55 each, leading to a capital inflow of approximately Rs. 1.49 crore.
