Closure of Trading Window

Further, as per applicable provisions, the Company is required to declare its Unaudited Financial Results within 45 days from the end of the quarter ended, i.e., on or before November 16, 2026. Accordingly, the Trading Window closure period shall be from October 01, 2026 to November 16, 2026 (both days inclusive), subject to 48 hours post declaration of results. Accordingly, all Designated Persons, Directors, Promoters, and Designated Employees are advised not to trade in the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
