Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading of the Company
under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we
would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the
company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company shall remain
closed from, Thursday, October 01, 2026 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours (both days inclusive) after the
conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of
consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended on September
30, 2026.
The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the
Company for the half year ended September 30, 2026 will be communicated separately in due
course.
