Shekhawati Industries Ltd announced the cessation of Mr. Sushil Kumar Poddar as an Independent Director, effective June 22, 2026. His resignation was due to personal considerations that made it difficult to continue his duties. Mr. Poddar chaired the Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The company has reconstituted all affected Board Committees following his departure.
