Closure of Trading Window

Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400 001 Scrip Code: 531574 Sub.: Intimation of closure of Trading Window Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that in compliance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 [including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto], the trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity shares by the designated persons of the Company and / or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026 up to 48 (Forty Eight) hours, after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Further, as per applicable provisions, the Company is required to declare its Unaudited Financial Results within 45 days from the end of the quarter, i.e., on or before November 14, 2026. Accordingly, the Trading Window closure period shall be from October 01, 2026, to November 16, 2026 (both days inclusive), subject to 48 hours post declaration of results. Accordingly, all Designated Persons, Directors, Promoters, and Designated Employees are advised not to trade in the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
