Subject: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by
SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company’s Code of
Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, we wish to inform that the trading
window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and
their immediate relatives from 1 October, 2026. The trading window would be opened only after the
expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the
quarter and half year ended on 30 September, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges.
