It is also informed that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, August 21, 2026 as the record date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further the dividend, if approved by the members at ensuing AGM, will be paid on or before September 27, 2026 to those members whose name appear in register of members on or before Friday August 21, 2026.
