Dividend The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 22nd May 2026 have recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.50 per share of Rs.1/- each for 2025-26. The Dividend, if declared at the 68th AGM, will be paid 20th August 2026 onwards. Pursuant to the Income-tax Act, 2025, dividend income is taxable in the hands of the shareholders and the Company will be deducting tax at source (TDS), as applicable, from the aforesaid dividend.
