The aforesaid CT Scan facility has commenced commercial operations with effect from today i.e. 28 September 2026. The requisite details of the event/information, as applicable under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. The commencement of this facility is part of the Company's ongoing efforts to expand its diagnostic service network and strengthen the availability of advanced diagnostic imaging services in the Faridabad region and adjoining areas.
