In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of
Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Code of Conduct
to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate
relative (“the Code”), the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company
for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st
October 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial
Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for considering the unaudited Financial Results for the
quarter ended 30th September 2026 will be intimated separately in due course.
