Dear Sir/ Madam,
Further to our letter VCL/SE/16/2026-27 dated May 30, 2026, we would like to inform you
that the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders of the Company is scheduled
to be held on Friday, August 28, 2026 at 11.00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing
("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") without the physical presence of the
Members at a common venue, in compliance with MCA General Circular 03/2025 dated
September 22, 2025 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
It is also informed that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of
India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company
has fixed Friday, August 21, 2026 as the record date for determining entitlement of
members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further the dividend,
if approved by the members at ensuing AGM, will be paid on or before September 27,
2026 to those members whose name appear in register of members on or before Friday
August 21, 2026.
A copy of the same is uploaded on the website of the Company www.vishnuchemicals.com.
