Shareholders meeting

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has announced the voting results of its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 26, 2026. The meeting approved all four resolutions with a majority vote. The resolutions include the adoption of audited standalone financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the declaration of a final dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share, and the appointment of a director in place of Mrs. Sunita Baljee.
