Closure of Trading Window

Date: September 25, 2026 BSE Limited Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai - 400 001 Scrip Code: 523874 Sub.: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Further, as per applicable provisions, the Company is required to declare its Unaudited Financial Results within 45 days from the end of the quarter ended, i.e., on or before November 16, 2026. Accordingly, the Trading Window closure period shall be from October 01, 2026 to November 16, 2026 (both days inclusive), subject to 48 hours post declaration of results. Accordingly, all Designated Persons, Directors, Promoters, and Designated Employees are advised not to trade in the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
