Regulations, 2015, and the 'Code of Conduct and Code of Fair Disclosures for

window for dealing in the securities of the Company by designated persons and their
immediate relatives will remain closed from October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the
financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended
September 30, 2026 become generally available information.
Further, the date of the board meeting for consideration of un-audited financial results
of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 shall be
intimated in due course of time.
