Proceedings of 48th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28.09.2026

Shivalik Rasayan Ltd held its 48th Annual General Meeting on 28.09.2026, where the company's audited financial statement for 2025-26 and reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors were adopted. The meeting also approved the declaration of a 10% final dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-26. The company also appointed two new directors, Mr. Suresh Kumar Singh and Dr. Vimal Kumar Shrawat, who retire by rotation and offered themselves for re-appointment. Additionally, the meeting approved borrowing powers of the company and the creation of a charge/security on the company.
