Sub: Closure of trading window
This is to inform you that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance
with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing
in securities of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed with effect from Tuesday,
September 29, 2026 and shall remain closed up to 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the financial results for the
quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. Further, the details of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of
the aforesaid financial results shall be intimated in due course.
