Further, as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PANs of the Company’s Designated Persons will be frozen by NSDL (Designated Depository) for trading in the Company’s securities during the trading window closure period. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
