This is to inform that in accordance with The SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with The Company’s Code of Conduct
for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the
Company shall be closed with effect from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 for the Directors,
Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till the end of
forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company
for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026.
The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Un-Audited Financial Results
for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
