Berger Paints India Ltd has announced the transfer of unclaimed dividends and shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) as per the provisions of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the IEPF Rules. The company has communicated individually to concerned shareholders whose dividends remained unpaid/unclaimed for seven consecutive years. Shareholders can claim their unpaid or unclaimed dividends by October 28, 2026, to avoid transfer of dividend and shares to IEPF Account.
