Sub: Intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window – Q 2 of FY 2026-27
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 as
amended from time to time and Code of Conduct of the Company, it is hereby intimated that
the Trading Window for dealing in the securities/equity shares of the Company shall remain
closed for all the designated persons/insiders from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till the expiry
of 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited limited reviewed standalone & consolidated
financial results of the Company for the Second quarter ended 30.09.2026 for the financial
year 2026-27 (both days inclusive).

financial will be intimated separately.
