The aforesaid land parcel is situated at Siddharth Vihar Yojna, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and can accommodate construction of a 350+ bedded hospital subject to various customary and statutory approvals. The Management is currently evaluating the next steps and developing a detailed project plan for the proposed hospital at this location, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company will keep the stock exchanges informed of any material developments in this regard, as and when required.
