Symbol: 540359 / PARMAX Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") Sub: Intimation of major fire incident Occured in the pant of the Company Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a major fire accident occurred at around 2:00 a.m. today i.e. on September 28, 2026, at the Company's plant located at Plot no. 20, Survey no. 52, Rajkot- Gondal national highway no.27, Hadamtala, Rajkot-360311 Gujarat, the fire was successfully controlled. The incident was reported to the Fire Department by the employees present at the plant site who also supported the Fire Department in bringing the fire under control, two employees were injured and hospitalised, no fatal casualty was reported. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and in accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, the details of the incident as required are enclosed as Annexure - A.
