Dear Sir
Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 - Update on GST
Litigation for FY 2022-23 and 2023-24
Ref: Scrip Code: 530111 | Scrip ID: RAJPACK
This is in continuation to our previous intimations regarding orders passed by Assistant
Commissioner (ST), Aghapura Circle, Commercial Tax Departments, Hyderabad for 2022-23 and
2023-24. Please find below financial year wise update received by the Company from the
concerned.
S. No FY Update
1 2022-23 The Company had f iled an appeal on 19.07.2025 before the Appellate
Authority, GST, Telangana challenging/disputing the demand raised by the
Assistant Commissioner (ST), Aghapura Circle. The mentioned appeal has
been rejected by the Authority on 22.09.2026 in exercise of the powers
conferred under Section 107 of the CGST/TGST Act, 2017.
Management’s submission: The Company has carefully reviewed the
order and is of the view that the Authority has not duly considered and
appropriately appreciated all the supporting documents, explanations and
other relevant material submitted by the Company during the proceedings
and thus the findings contained in the order by the Authority are not
adequately supported by the applicable legal position. The Company also
believes that the issues involved require further examination by the
appropriate appellate judicial forum.
The rejection of the appeal does not, in the Company’s view, conclusively
determine the merits of the matter. The Company is exploring all available
legal remedies for challenging the order before the appropriate higher
appellate judicial forum.
