Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s
Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons and

Thursday, October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of
the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026 (“Financial Results”).
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company proposed to be held, inter-alia, to consider and
approve the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course.
