In this regard, we would like to inform that the company has reported profit for two consecutive quarters i.e. Q4 of FY 2025-26 & Q1 of FY 2026-27. This is for the first time since FY 2020-21, that the Company has reported profits in two consecutive quarters. The Company believes that the aforesaid financial performance may have contributed to the recent price movement in the Company’s scrip, if any. Apart from this, based on the information presently available with the Company, we are not aware of any other material information, event or development that could have a bearing on the recent price movement of the Company’s scrip.
