Jawahar Lal Oswal (DIN: 00463866), aged about 83 years, is a distinguished industrialist with over five decades of experience in the textile and apparel industry. He has been associated with Monte Carlo Fashions Limited since its inception and has played a pivotal role in transforming the Company into one of India's leading apparel brands. As the Chairman and Managing Director he provides strategic leadership and oversees the overall management, business development, and corporate governance of the Company. His vast industry knowledge, business acumen, and visionary leadership have been instrumental in the Company's sustained growth and success. He has been honoured with several prestigious awards, including ‘Punjab Ratan’ at the Punjab State Intellectual's Conference by the All India Conference of Intellectuals (2003), the 'Udyog Ratna Award’ by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2005), the 'LMA-Sat Paul Mittal Lifetime Achievement Award’ by the Ludhiana Management Association (2012), and the 'Achievers of the North' award by The Economic Times (2013). He has also held several distinguished positions in various industry associations and business chambers. He is one of the Promoters of the Company and holds 1,05,059 equity shares in the Company. Disclosure of Relationship | Sh. Jawahar Lal O swal is related to Sh. Sandeep Jain, Executive Director, between Directors being his father-in-law. He is also related to Smt. Ruchika Oswal and Smt. Monica Oswal, Executive Directors, being their father, and to Mr. Rishabh Oswal, being his grandfather.
