Closure of Trading Window

Scoobee Day Garments (India) Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is a standard compliance procedure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for approving these results in due course.
