KMPs, Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) and Insiders from
October 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial
Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ending on September 30, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting on which the said results will be considered shall be
intimated in due course of time.
