The appointment of Shri Vipul Singhal (DIN: 11971150), Director (SBR), MoPSW as a Part- Time (Government Nominee Director) on the Board of SCI has become effective from 25.09.2026 (i.e. the date of him obtaining the DIN). In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended, read with SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January, 2026 and other relevant circulars, Shri Vipul Singhal is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. Swapnita Vikas Yadav Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Annexure-1 Brief profile of Shri Vipul Singhal Mr. Vipul Singhal belongs to the Indian Railways Traffic Service (IRTS) of 2008 batch. He has completed B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture. Presently, he is working as Director in Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways. In addition to the current portfolio, he has also been involved in policy formulation role in the Ministry of Railways in the domain of passenger marketing which involved policies related to various issues regarding passenger fares and ticketing including digital ticketing initiatives. He has more than 17 years of experience in the logistics, transport & railways sector in various domains including passenger as well as freight train operations, safety in train operations and planning for removal of infrastructural bottlenecks for efficient transport solutions. He has attended numerous formal trainings from institutes of repute such as Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, High Speed Rail study visit conducted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Japan, and field attachments in various sectors including Ports, Iron Ore mines, Container Depots etc.
