Emami Paper Mills Limited (the Company), under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations, 2015, please be informed that, the "Trading Window" (i.e. the period to deal in
the Company's shares) for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain
closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the
Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ending on
30th September, 2026.
The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the aforesaid Financial Results would be
intimated in due course.
