Sub: Intimation of closure of trading window.
Pursuant to the terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the
Company’s Insider Trading Policy, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Company
by the insiders/designated/connected persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain
closed w.e.f. October 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited
Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2026.
The date of Board Meeting inter-alia to consider, approve and to declare the financial results
will be intimated separately in due course.
