Closure of trading window for Quarter ended on 30th September, 2026

(BSE Scrip Code: 544567) Sub: Notice of Closure of Trading Window for Dealing in Securities of the Company Respected Sir/Madam, As per Captioned subject and as per the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, this is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain notwithstanding the Company being listed on the SME platform. Accordingly, the Trading Window shall be closed for the Company’s Promoters and Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, Connected / Designated Persons and their respective Immediate Relatives with effect from Thursday, 1st October, 2026, and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended and half year ended on 30th September, 2026 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen after the completion of 48 hours from the publication of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results. Please note that the date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended and half year ended on 30th September, 2026 shall be communicated separately in due course. All the aforesaid persons are advised to strictly adhere to the above and not to deal in the securities of the Company during the period of Trading Window closure.
